FAQ
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is required.* It helps us take care of you properly from the moment you arrive. * Founder members can enter without a booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes — you can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — we welcome walk-ins whenever space is available. However, to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance.
What should I bring?
Swimwear is a must - please make sure to pack it before you arrive. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated; there's a refill station in-house, and AUN original bottles are available if you need one. A towel is worth throwing in your bag too, though towel hire is available for a small fee if you forget.
Is this a traditional Japanese bathhouse (onsen)?
No — our change rooms are all-gender, and we require all guests to wear swimwear at all times. We emphasise modern Japanese sauna practices, and our baths are set to temperatures inspired by Japanese sento.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your booking.
Can I use my phone?
Not in the changing rooms, but phones are welcome in certain areas. A quick photo for yourself is fine — just be mindful of those around you who are here to switch off.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — guests must be at least 16 years old to enter the bathhouse. Guests aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Are the changing rooms shared?
Yes — our change rooms are all-gender, with private cubicles available for your comfort.
What is the bathhouse etiquette?
To ensure everyone has a relaxing experience, we kindly ask all guests to: 1. Shower before entering the baths. 2. Keep conversations mindful — quiet voices are welcome unless you're joining a Quiet Mornings session. 3. Wear appropriate swimwear at all times. 4. Avoid using phones or taking photos in the bathhouse. 5. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. 6. Respect other guests and our shared spaces.
