Cancellation Policy

At AUN Bathhouse, we value the experience of every guest and carefully prepare each booking to ensure a calm, seamless environment for all visitors. To help us manage capacity and maintain the quality of our services, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings.

Bookings

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time without penalty.

Cancellations or booking changes made outside of these notice periods will result in the full booking amount being forfeited.

No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to attend their booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

Late Arrivals

  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your session time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid disruption to other guests. No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals.

Group Bookings

Group bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking.

  • Group booking cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

  • Changes to guest numbers within 48 hours of the booking may not be accommodated.

  • Private events and exclusive hire bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Memberships & Packages

Memberships, prepaid packs, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Unused sessions within memberships or packs expire according to the stated membership terms.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or expired gift cards may not be replaced.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand unexpected situations can arise. Requests related to emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at management discretion.
